We respect your proprietary cargo data and adhere to a strict client-side architecture.
1. Client-Side Cargo Calculations
All calculation inputs (dimensions, weights, carton quantities, pallet specifications, and freight values) are processed directly within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not transmit, log, store, or analyze your cargo data on our servers. Your commercial shipment data never leaves your device.
2. Zero Tracking Cookies & Theme Preference Storage
FreightPlanHQ sets no tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or session cookies. Browser localStorage is used solely to remember your chosen theme preference (light or dark mode) across browser visits. No user identifiers or tracking fingerprints are ever stored.
3. Third-Party Scripts, Fonts & External APIs
We do not embed third-party analytics trackers, third-party advertising scripts, or external telemetry libraries. All styles and scripts are bundled and served directly from our static host. Typography is rendered using your operating system's native system font stack; no external font CDNs are contacted.
4. Hosting Infrastructure Access Logs
Like all web servers, standard access logs (consisting of the requesting device's IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and request timestamp) are temporarily processed by our static web hosting infrastructure. These server logs are maintained strictly for network transmission integrity, DDoS mitigation, and infrastructure security.
5. No User Accounts or Personal Information
FreightPlanHQ does not require registration, login, or user profiles. We do not collect names, company affiliations, physical shipping addresses, or payment card details.
